Clean architectural lines, desert planting, expansive outdoor areas, and the coastline create a setting that feels distinctly different from a traditional resort wedding.

Celebrating a Wedding at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos

The architecture gives those spaces a strong visual identity without requiring elaborate decoration. Neutral materials, low architectural lines, desert landscaping, and open views allow floral design, lighting, and production to change the atmosphere considerably from one event to another.

Photographically, I find the contrast between the architecture and the landscape particularly useful. The resort offers clean, structured settings for portraits, while the beach, open sky, desert vegetation, and changing Pacific light add a softer, more natural element to the photographs.

For a wedding using several areas of the property, build portrait time and transitions into the schedule early. Dedicated time before guests arrive lets you use the architecture and surrounding landscape without pulling the couple away once the ceremonies and celebrations are underway.
