I'm Andreas Sellinidis, a destination wedding photographer documenting celebrations across New York, Miami, Europe, and destinations around the world. With more than 20 years of experience, over 1,000 weddings and events photographed, and work featured in 8+ international publications, my approach blends editorial composition with genuine emotion, creating timeless photographs inspired by people, art, fashion, and architecture.

I began photographing weddings in 2002, with a background rooted in fashion, portraiture, and visual storytelling.

That foundation continues to shape the way I photograph today. I see a wedding through an editorial eye, noticing the architecture, fashion, design, light, details, and people, while remaining attentive to the moments that cannot be directed; for me, the most meaningful photographs do more than preserve how a celebration looked. They bring you back to how it felt.

From Greece to the World

Originally from Greece, I moved to New York in 2016. Today, I am based between New York and Miami, returning often to Greece and photographing weddings and celebrations throughout the United States, Europe, and destinations worldwide.

More than two decades behind the camera have taught me that extraordinary celebrations are not defined simply by their scale, setting, or design; the people define them.

My approach to editorial wedding photography draws from fashion, architecture, portraiture, still life, and documentary photography. Each influences the way I see a celebration, from the composition of a portrait to the quiet details that reveal the character of a place.
But I don't believe a wedding should ever feel like a photo shoot; I guide when guidance is needed, then step back and allow the day to unfold. Some photographs benefit from intention and direction. Others happen in the space between the planned moments, when people forget about the camera entirely.
That balance between editorial sophistication and genuine emotion has become the signature of my work.
I believe the experience of being photographed matters just as much as the photographs themselves.
From our first conversation through the wedding day, my role is to bring clarity, experience, and a calm presence to the process. I collaborate closely with my couples and their creative teams, offering direction when it adds something to the image and giving moments room to breathe when it doesn't.
I want you to feel comfortable enough to be completely present in your celebration, knowing that the photographs are being created with intention without allowing photography to take over the experience.
Over the years, my work has brought me into celebrations across music, fashion, entertainment, business, and culture, photographing alongside internationally recognized artists, designers, entrepreneurs, public figures, and creative teams. Those experiences have reinforced something I learned early in my career: exceptional photography requires more than an eye for an image. It requires awareness, discretion, composure, preparation, and knowing when to direct and when to observe.
Those qualities become especially important when the expectations, production, and level of detail surrounding a celebration are exceptionally high.
