A Parisian Celebration at Hotel de Crillon

Set in the heart of Paris at Hotel de Crillon, this surprise birthday celebration centered on connection, friendship, and an evening together. To create something deeply personal, the husband secretly invited some of his wife's closest friends to join her in Paris, turning what seemed like an ordinary trip into a celebration she wasn't expecting.

Planned by Sofia Crokos Events, the evening unfolded in an intimate setting overlooking Place de la Concorde. Anne Vitchen's floral designs softened the room's grandeur, creating a warm atmosphere where guests could gather, reconnect, and celebrate together. As the surprise was revealed, the evening became less about the setting itself and more about the reactions, laughter, and moments shared among lifelong friends.

Dinner was followed by entertainment from Elan Artists, while the design, candlelight, and historic interiors remained part of the atmosphere throughout the evening. Photographing the celebration meant paying attention not only to those details, but also to the smaller exchanges happening around the table, the conversations, embraces, and reactions that gave the evening its character.
