A Wedding Among the Ancient Masters

There are few experiences as extraordinary as photographing a wedding inside The Met. For the celebration of Dr. J.Ashton and Tom Werner, guests entered a world where art, history, and modern elegance merged seamlessly. Surrounded by the museum's iconic Egyptian sculptures and timeless architecture, every moment felt cinematic, creating images that could only exist in a venue of this caliber.

The grandeur of the Egyptian galleries provided an unforgettable backdrop for the evening, with towering ancient monuments contrasting beautifully against the refined floral designs by @lewismillerdesign. As a photographer, working within these spaces is a rare privilege—the scale, texture, and atmosphere create a sense of drama and permanence that transforms every photograph into something truly timeless.
